eMe Property Developments identified an ideal location in Sunbury, situated just 500m from the Sunbury Square Shopping Centre and Sunbury Train Station. A large 1,095m2 site with a single brick veneer dwelling, representing a great opportunity for subdivision and dwelling development.

The site was secured in March 2025 and planning is underway with the first phase of the project expected to be completed in August 2025. This project was facilitated via a Joint Venture with a forecast December 2026 completion date which represents an excellent project for returns, with a projected ROI of 30.7% and Cash Yield of 24.4%
